Annerton advises FinTech-Volksbank VVRB on cooperation with tax platform Zasta

Berlin, 15 February 2023 – Vereinigte Volksbank Raiffeisenbank cooperates with Zasta, Germany’s leading tax advisor platform, for the offer of a new fronting product, a 75% immediate tax payment. As part of the cooperation, Annerton advised FinTech-Volksbank comprehensively on all legal issues.

VVRB, which is considered a leader in the refinancing of FinTechs such as Billie, Mondu and Ratepay, is now cooperating with the tax platform Zasta in its first fronting project. With the granting of a short-term credit by the VVRB, Zasta will in future be able to offer their customers a 75% immediate payment of the calculated tax.

Led by Annerton partner Dr Florian Lörsch, the boutique law firm Annerton advised VVRB on all legal issues relating to the fronting cooperation. VVRB has been a regular client of the law firm since the beginning of last year. Furthermore, Annerton partner Peter Frey as well as Annerton lawyers Svetlana Ulrici and Kemal Ahmedi supported VVRB with legal advice during the cooperation.
