Annerton appoints new partners

Berlin/Munich, 18 January 2021 – Annerton Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH has appointed Nasim Jenkouk and Dr. Florian Lörsch as partners. “We are both proud and delighted to have added two associates from our own offices to our circle of partners. Both have firmly established themselves in their respective specialised areas and have been significant internal driving forces for numerous matters”, states Frank Müller, founding partner of Annerton Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH and member of the administrative board of Annerton S.A. in Luxembourg.

“Nasim Jenkouk has a high level of expertise regarding payment interfaces, IT and data protection law. Her ability to lead project teams is also exceptional”, Mr. Müller explains. “Dr. Florian Lörsch is a proven expert in the area of factoring. He built up our Berlin office together with Dr. Susanne Grohé and has been very active in training our associates”, he adds.

Nasim Jenkouk is a partner in our Munich office and provides advice to national and international banks and financial services institutions as well as FinTech companies regarding issues relating to supervisory law as well as IT law, data protection law and e-commerce. She has extensive expertise in advising institutions on legal requirements particularly in those instances where supervisory law, IT law and data protection law meet. “I am very happy to be able to shape Annerton’s future as a partner. Annerton has always had its finger on the pulse and its ear to the ground with regard to the latest trends”, states Ms. Jenkouk.

Dr. Florian Lörsch is also excited about the opportunity to strategically drive the law firm forward as a partner: “For me, Annerton is a great law firm and one that has always allowed me to develop my career, even to this day. Now, as a partner, I would like to work towards further expanding and cementing our position as one of the leading boutique law firms in the area of payment/FinTech.” Dr. Lörsch is a partner at our Berlin office and advises banks, payment services providers and FinTechs in matters relating to civil law and supervisory law, particularly in the area of factoring where he mainly focuses on methods for paying via invoice, direct debit and instalments. Another of his key areas of expertise is law relating to credit agreements and anti-money laundering law as well as company law. In addition to his work as a solicitor, he is also a lecturer at the University for Economics and Law in Berlin.
