Annerton becomes a specialist member of the Arbeitskreis deutscher Aufsichtsrat (AdAR)

Frankfurt am Main, 23 September 2026 – The Arbeitskreis deutscher Aufsichtsrat e.V. (AdAR) has welcomed Annerton Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH as a specialist member. The law firm, which specialises in regulatory law in the financial sector, will contribute its regulatory expertise to the network and actively participate in the association’s activities.

Annerton partner Renate Prinz is a member of the AdAR Expert Committee on Liability, D&O and Compliance. Her work within the committee focuses on advising members of corporate bodies on liability matters and on implementing robust compliance structures, taking into account European supervisory standards and qualification requirements. In particular, she supports supervisory and management boards in translating regulatory requirements into legally sound governance processes. Annerton also plans to offer its own training programmes and events for supervisory board members.
