Professional indemnity insurance

Pursuant to Section 51 of the German Federal Lawyers Act (BRAO), lawyers in Germany are obliged to maintain a professional indemnity insurance with a minimum insurance sum of 250,000 EUR per claim. Annerton Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH maintains professional liability insurance with HDI Versicherung AG which far exceeds these minimum requirements. The geographical scope of our insurance cover includes activities in the member states of the European Union.

  • Regulation on the Implementation of the provisions for tax advisors, tax agents and tax advisory companies (Verordnung zur Durchführung der Vorschriften über Steuerberater, Steuerbevollmächtigte und Steuerberatungsgesellschaften, DVStB);
  • Code of Conduct of the Federal Chamber of Tax Advisors (Berufsordnung der Bundessteuerberaterkammer, BOStB);
  • Regulation on Tax Advisory Fees (Steuerberatervergütungsverordnung, StBVV).
