Annerton advises Finion Capital GmbH on the successful application for a payment services license

Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, June 12, 2024 – Annerton Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH has successfully advised Finion Capital GmbH on its application for a license pursuant to Section 10 of the German Payment Services Supervision Act (Zahlungsdiensteaufsichtsgesetz – ZAG).

Finion Capital is a payment service provider for the fitness industry and enables fitness studios to collect and manage their members’ contributions with or without assuming the risk of default. The payment service is integrated into the Magicline software, one of the leading software products for the fitness industry, which enables seamless and simple member management from the creation of a member to the automated collection of membership fees. With the granting of the payment services license, Finion Capital can significantly expand its product offering for its more than 1,600 customers.
