Annerton appoints Till Christopher Otto as Counsel

Frankfurt am Main, 9 January 2025 – Annerton Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH has appointed attorney Till Christopher Otto as Counsel. This promotion reflects the firm’s recognition of his regulatory law expertise and his continued contributions to the growth of the Frankfurt am Main office.

Since joining Annerton in 2020, Till Christopher Otto has provided regular advice to banks, financial service providers, and payment institutions on all aspects of regulatory law, particularly in the areas of the German Banking Act (KWG), Investment Firm Act (WpIG), Securities Trading Act (WpHG), Payment Services Supervision Act (ZAG), and Anti-Money Laundering Act (GwG). He also supports platform operators with commercial intermediary licences and advises on innovative financing models, including token-based issuances.
