Frankfurt, April 27, 2024 – Annerton Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH is pleased to announce that it has joined the Digital Lending Association (DLA). The official association membership consolidates the long-standing cooperation and is a sign of Annerton’s multifaceted commitment to digital financial services.

The Digital Lending Association was founded in 2019 and is committed to the professional, honest and transparent organization of digital financing and investment and to compliance with industry standards by all market participants in the interests of borrowers, investors and business partners. Members include digital lenders, investors and service providers from across the European ecosystem.

Annerton has already been an external partner of the DLA for training and speaking at events. The membership will enable the existing collaboration to be further intensified.

Anna Izzo-Wagner, founder and partner at Annerton, comments on the decision to join the Digital Lending Association: “Our involvement in the Digital Lending Association is a natural continuation of our long-standing collaboration on a wide range of regulatory issues surrounding the digitalization of the lending market. Digital lending has been continuously shaping the market for years and will continue to do so in the future. The future belongs to digital lending – be it in terms of cost and process efficiency, product diversity or customer-oriented product solutions. With this in mind, membership of the DLA was inevitable for us.”
