Nadja Reiß is based in Annerton’s Frankfurt office and advises national and international institutions and companies comprehensively on all aspects of financial regulatory law. Her practice focuses on advising credit institutions, financial services institutions, investment firms and payment institutions on all regulatory matters under the German Banking Act (KWG), the German Investment Firms Act (WpIG), the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) and the German Payment Services Supervision Act (ZAG).
She regularly assists institutions in authorisation procedures and qualifying holding procedures, and advises on regulatory issues such as licensing requirements, cross-border provision of financial services, market access for third-country entities, as well as the design and further development of compliance structures.
In addition, Nadja Reiß has extensive experience in international capital markets law.
Prior to joining Annerton, Nadja Reiß worked for several years in international law firms in Frankfurt am Main in the areas of financial regulatory law and capital markets law.
