Since 1 October 2022, Tom Braegelmann strengthens the Annerton locations in Berlin and Munich. He is an internationally experienced insolvency and restructuring expert, previously acting for well-known commercial law firms and is admitted to the bar in both Germany and the USA. For more than three years, he practiced bankruptcy law/insolvency and copyright law in New York City. Tom Braegelmann is very familiar with the latest technological legal developments, in particular with the digitalization of business, restructuring and insolvency law. In addition, another further focus of his advice are modern digital business models.
