Dr Florian Lörsch elected to the board of the Bitkom working group “FinTech & Digital Banking”.

Berlin, Frankfurt a. M., Munich, 5 March 2026 – Annerton partner Dr Florian Lörsch has been elected to the board of the “FinTech & Digital Banking” working group of the German digital industry association Bitkom e. V. The working group is dedicated to helping shape Germany’s development into a leading financial technology hub and to unlocking the sector’s potential.

“It is both a great pleasure and a personal priority for me to further advance Germany as a FinTech hub in this role. I will contribute my expertise in regulatory law to assess regulatory developments at an early stage from a legal perspective and to support them constructively. I also look forward to working closely with the working group’s rapporteurs and the other board members,” explains Lörsch. He also aims to provide practical impulses for the legal framework surrounding product innovations in digital banking.

Dr Florian Lörsch has been working as a lawyer at Annerton Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH since 2020 and was recently appointed Equity Partner. He advises banks, payment service providers and FinTech companies on all civil law and regulatory matters related to product development. His particular focus is on “Buy Now, Pay Later” products, SME financing, consumer lending and factoring. In addition, he specialises in advising on credit financing and the refinancing of receivables portfolios. Lörsch also regularly advises regulated institutions on anti-money laundering law and compliance matters.

In addition to Dr Florian Lörsch, Sascha Dewald (Deutsche Kreditbank AG), Delia D. König (0TO9 GmbH), Christoph Kuban (Revolut Bank UAB), Dr Lea Maria Siering (Zalando Payments GmbH) and Dr Verena Thaler (Raisin SE) were elected to the board of the Bitkom working group “FinTech & Digital Banking”. The working group is supported by rapporteurs Alina Stephanie Bone-Winkel and Tim Haremsa.
