The FinTech Lawyers Network is an informal pan-European network of lawyers from various law firms.
Since 2016, it has brought together only the best from each country: ambitious and highly specialised in all legal matters concerning banking, finance, and IT law. Moreover, its members are well-connected with regulatory authorities and have a strong interest in the FinTech sector.
The network’s members are known for their deep understanding of client needs that go far beyond legal matters—ranging from market development and the product itself to connecting people and businesses. The Bundesverband Alternative Investments e.V. (BAI) is the asset class- and product-spanning representation of interest for Alternative Investments in Germany.

House of Finance & Tech Berlin
The House of Finance & Tech Berlin is the central hub for the finance and FinTech community in Berlin and beyond. As a public-private partnership and the official FinTech de:hub of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, HoFT connects established companies, start-ups, and institutions both locally and internationally.

The regional association represents the interests of tax advisors, auditors, and lawyers, offering training and services to its 6,000 members. A key asset is the extensive specialist library on commercial, corporate, accounting, and tax law, as well as auditing.
Prepaid Verband Deutschland e. V.
The Prepaid Association of Germany (PVD) aims to raise public awareness of the diversity and industry of prepaid products. It fosters dialogue with the media, consumers, and customers to enhance transparency and understanding of prepaid products.
